10/10 sandwiches, amazing quality and value!!. We got bacon avocado tomato with fig and chicken tomato avocado with cilantro (the fig and cilantro isn’t on the menu, but he gives you the option to add when you order). Really friendly guy. It’s a 1-man shop with no seats but you won’t regret coming here! Banana Nutella crepe was also delicious

My husband and I had a wonderful lunch here in late October 2024. My husband had a delicious ham and cheese crepe and I had a wonderful custom-made vegetarian crepe. "Joe" kept asking if I wanting some of this and some of that until he'd built a masterpiece. We tell everyone about this treasure of a crepe/sandwich stand and we'll definitely be returning to it on our next trip to Paris. This meal experience was the most memorable of our entire trip! We were staying nearby and grabbed a sweet crepe and sandwich before heading to the airport. The caramel butter crepe was just o.k. But the jambon cheese sandwich was excellent and tasted very light and fresh despite being very filled with ingredients. Highly recommended for their sandwich sandwiches!

Wonderful small sandwich shop. Located on the outside of another cafe. Fresh ingredients and reasonable prices (~8-9 euro). Would definitely come back. Had the bacon, mozzarella tomato and balsamic sandwich and it was excellent. Highly recommended.

My wife took me here, after her own 10 year hiatus since college, and the same owner was making the same delicious treats!
I ordered a sandwich with bacon, Buffalo mozzarella, tomato, and basil (8.50) and to my delight the owner asked if I wanted fresh sliced figs; because it “went with the cheese”, no extra charge! So tasty. My wife ordered bacon, avocado, tomato (8.50) and got cranberries as an add on. The sandwiches are finished with a shake of spices and sesame seeds, and a house made sauce.
All ingredients are prepared fresh; vegetables sliced on the spot, meat cooked in a small hot oven near the window, and bread toasted until warm and crunchy.
I have tried a lot of sandwiches in Paris, this may be the best one yet! I highly recommend a visit.- Service

Amazing sandwiches made fresh this order to take away. The bread warmed slightly whilst the fresh ingredients are prepared. You wouldn’t spot it unless you are looking for it, and even then not easy!

A friend of mine brought me here along with some other friends from abroad to specifically come and enjoy the sandwiches from this shop. I very specifically remember the somewhat strange combination of mozzarella, figs, basil pesto and tomato on the freshest bread I’ve had since arriving in Paris for the first time. I am not big on sandwiches but this was a game changer. The friendly gentleman behind these extraordinary creations even remembered me when I returned on my own, 6 years later. I’m back in Paris and cannot wait to head to Joe’s Dough for my obligatory sandwich fix!! He also doesn’t seem to mind my broken French, which is a bonus!- Service

Really delicious sandwich! Wen’t there twice with my wife and had the vegeterian sandwich, we loved it. Both the girl that works on Sundays and Mr Joseph were kind and smiling. Definitely recommending :)

went there for a crepe but everyone in the queuing before me who looked like locals ordered sandwich, so changed my mind and ordered mozzarella tomato basil sandwich. the day I visited he had figs and added them when you asked for it. took it to Luxembourg Park and ate sitting on the bench, and it was the perfect first meal after I arrived at Paris! every ingredients seemed so fresh and harmonized well.

Vegetables and cheese crepe - 4.5 stars They chop the vegetables on the spot and they tasted really fresh. Might cut back on the cilantro and fresh ginger the next time. Bacon sandwich Bread was so-so. Get the crepe!
